In this clip, Gene Deal revealed that he knew Biggie was dead on arrival at the hospital. He said that it was apparent due to the fact that Biggie soiled himself. Gene detailed the aftermath of Biggie's death and how it still messes with him to hear Biggie's music and to know how he went out.

He’s the first one to accurate represent how ugly, brutal and unpretty death is. When someone dies, especially from sudden trauma, the muscles that keep in bodily waste loosen, as parts of the brain quickly shut down. I believe every word this man says, and it’s the most accurate portrayal of a man’s death I’ve heard in the Chris Wallace case. Rest in peace B.I.G. We’ll always love Big Poppa.

Listening to this is so bleak and hard to sit through. I remember seeing a few of his autopsy pictures and I got the exact same feeling while watching this, It’s hard to see one of your favorite artists laying lifeless on a gurney with tubes attached to it. Kinda wish I could unsee those pictures and not hear all the grim details surrounding the immediate aftermath. We miss you Big. 🤴🏿
