The disposition of this case is when I first became disillusioned with John Gotti Sr. Would not approve of his younger brother Gene Gotti to accept a plea bargain or agreement. As a result of the Bull headed Gotti Sr. Making his brother go the distance and not work in any capacity with the Government ( plea agreement) plead guilty and receive a reduced sentence. Instead Gene was sentenced to a 50 prison sentence. Gene was around 41 or 42 years old when he was first confined and after serving 29 year's Gene was released at age 71. All in the name of Cosa Nostra. Thanks big brother Johnny Boy Gotti Sr. Becoming Boss of the Gambino family caused complete confusion and devastation to a well oiled machine of a crime family.

Gotti was sentenced to twenty years on count one, fifteen years on count three, and fifteen years on count five, all to run consecutively for a total of fifty years. He was also sentenced to a three-year term of special parole with respect to count five, and assessed a fine of $75,000. The same sentence was imposed upon Carneglia, with the addition of a five-year concurrent sentence on count four. - Still walked in wearing a jogging suit at 10am and took it on the chin.

Was way more flashy than he should have been in general that's evident , but the decision to take out Big Paulie and his driver was the best thing John Gotti SR. Arranged with Gravano.... Yes Gravano flipped and that speaks volumes , but John Gotti SR. ( NEVER LAYED DOWN FOR ABSOLUTELY NOBODY , NEVER RATTED , AND LAYING THERE DYING ON HIS DEATH BED HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR WHO HE WAS OR WHAT HE WAS.... JOHN GOTTI SR.
