Different strokes for different folks, young man! Moving on to something I bet we agree about...how did you enjoy Gabriel and Kamalei's battle? I loved Gabriel's performance even though the song didn't seem like the best fit for his style, I thought he showed so much depth. I also loved how the two connected, that really drew me in. I know Gabriel was your favorite, I'm sorry we don't get to see more of him on The Voice this season. I would be surprised if that battle was the last time I saw him on TV, though. That young man has potential. ;)

No way they sent Ronnie home, the man is incredible I love his falsettos and runs, both of them were fantastic and created a beautiful duet and fitted there voices really well. Gene is incredible the runs, the falsettos, the high notes and everything. Ronnies runs are so clean and high notes are clear and clean, and beautifully done. The person who had there steal left should of stolen Ronnie, hes incredible and deserves to go far.

I love this song choice! This was such a perfect song choice for Gene, and it fits him more than Ronnie did. Gene is such a pro and very seasoned. He is by far my favorite male vocalist this season ever honestly. Ronnie improved a bit, but Gene still swallowed him alive throughout the whole song. I felt that Gene showed more emotions and power than Ronnie did here so I would give the win to Gene by a large margin.

Gene really took the song with those impossible high notes, but I felt the emotion in Ronnies melodic choices more than Genes, and he also has an incredible range and power as well, even if it's not quite on the level of Genes. Do you go with more power, or more emotion? I'm kind of torn here, as John wouldn't have gone wrong either way! If I had to choose, which luckily I don't, I probably would've gone with Gene, simply because he knocked it out of the park with those insane high notes!
