Hi I've been having dizziness for about a week, was diagnosed with a ethmoid osteoma about 6ms ago, could that be the source and would this help?

Can you do this on the floor instead on bed? My bed is in tight quarters up against 2 walls.

I did this laying in the bed sideways and did maneauvers with my knees hanging to the floor and pillow under my shoulders. I laid near the bottom of the bed and rolled sideways then. It seems it would still be ok to let leg dangle as it's easier on my back.
