Good video.. viewer: ensure that TDC piston is at the compression stroke; not exhaust TDC. There are two TDCs in a 4 cycle engine..

Current spec on valve clearance on new 5.5kw is .006 intake, and .008 exhaust.

The GP8000E is .006 intake, and .008 exhaust. For those that don't know which valve is which, it's pretty straight forward. The one closest to the exhaust is the exhaust, and the one closest to your carburetor is the intake. Thanks for the video here because there isn't much out there for this particular valve setup.
