When he came with the offer I would have done this: retreated to a conference room, buy out that company and replace the failed leadership oh, ask for compensation for how those two and others were treated by the antagonist, use the proceeds from the contract to buy the shares and return those two to my company. You get: revenge in a legal and good way, help the competent employees, award compensation to the affected ones, promote your own brand. This will need to be carefully planned between the two employees as well your own shareholders to determine the risks.

Even so,he also taught them to change their appearance. So one weekend, Keichi asked his parents who are now retired from the CEO and the secretary and his sister Karin who is a makeup artist if they want to help Yui and Nagisa and they're happily to help them out. During the next few days, Yui change her diet and often do exercise, while Noa changed her outfit and Karin give her advice how to get some makeup later. With Keichi's family help, both Yui and Nagisa became more pretty and adorable. One day Yui and Nagisa asked Keichi's family if they want to marry Keichi. His mother said," Of course you guys are talented workers and reliable, our son often talks about you. So we agreed with you can married Keichi." Even his strict father nodded.Karin said," I've always wanted little sister, and now I'm thrilled for having two sisters. So pleased look after my brother." Now with the company and his family's blessing, Keichi married Nagisa and Yui.

The fate of Kuroda : his misdeeds and arrogance had been exposed in the company and because of that all the employees angrily quit and resigned saying they are not working for some son of a prick who is arrogant and ignorant towards his clients and employees, all the clients cut ties with kuroda after hearing about his arrogance and ignorance because of that Kuroda’s company went bankrupt and he tried finding other jobs but his behavior and actions made him infamous around the industry and he was blacklisted on all company lists. Kuroda then tried to ask his parents for help but both his mother and father were unhappy with his behavior, to which his father is like “ You arrogant son of a prick, you are no son of mine now get your ass out of here because YOU’RE DISOWNED! After kuroda was evicted from his house and disowned from his family he tried asking his wife for help but his wife and child didn’t like what they heard about it him so they divorced him for good. He then saw keiichi yui and nagisa and decided to sabotage them, during a wedding with keiichi Nagisa and yui suddenly yui was sabotaged by kuroda who wanted revenge for his downfall. However Kuroda was knocked down by keiichi and after being defeated by keiichi he was arrested by the police for his attempted murder on yui and nagisa and his assault on yui. When the cops found out just how arrogant he is, he was ultimately sent to jail but he went ballistic and killed guards and inmates left and right but his murders only led him to be executed. can't blame Yui and Nagisa for leaving a toxic company. From the sounds of things the "design department" had/has numerous members. Yet they were the ONLY ones that were competent. ALL the other quote-unquote "designers" pushed their assignments onto them. "You should have trained the ther "designers" BETTER!!!" A competent and qualified designer does not NEED on the job training! huh? YOU should have hired designers that were certified and qualified in their field of experise: Electrical; Plumbing; HVAC, etc. "Designers" are ALSO ENGINEERS in their field; Electrical ENGINEER; Hydrolic/Fluid ENGINEER; An ARCITECHT to design the building ... The "CEO" who took over from his dad SHOULD have been required to get the appropriate Certifications (like his dad held) LONG BEFOEE he was een considered as a potential CEO when his dad stepped down/ retired. With NO experience in construction SHOULD have had to put in a MINIMUM of ten to fifteen years in the field actually DOING construction work, plus another ten in the office doing design work (AFTER getting the required certifications and licences. As it is, he is 2550% incompetent to be incharge of ANY aspect of running the business. He AND HIS DADDY deserve to have the company fold.

If I was the trio of MC I would draft a contract that has the two of them earn the majority of procedures and buy out their previous company to have a stronger foundation.
