She was an Iconic Character but via Longevity. She made the best out of reviving 3rd tier Storylines. I don’t think the writers wrote for her so she would be in the running for Emmy consideration.

No, Jason was referring to Jason Quartermaine. While Jason Morgan performed the CPR, it was because of his former life that he knew how to do it. The person that Alan and Monica knew as their son had the knowledge to do CPR. The man that was no longer their son, Jason Morgan, remembered how to do it. That's what Jason meant.

@@ShortStuffMegs21Not exactly. Jason Quartermaine was a pre-med student at PCU. It was established since the very 1st episodes of the aftermath of the crash (see KZbin videos) that created Jason Morgan that Jason may not remember taking the classes, writing down notes or reading any med books but he had retained the medical knowledge he learned. While in the hospital bed when Monica first sees him after he woke up and tells he was a pre-med student Jason said that explains why he knew what all of the equipment was & what they were used for as well as all of the other medical stuff that was going on around him. When Nicholas Cassidine was shot as collateral damage in a drive-by shooting of Luke Spencer’s casino on opening night it was Jason Morgan who performed a Tracheotomy on Nicholas saving his life. In March of 2024 it was Jason Morgan who saved Dante’s life by propping up his feet to prevent him from going into shock & using a sweater as a pressure bandage.

These are the days of excellent writing and great interaction among Quartermaines. RIP Shel Kepler. I don't think the writers ever gave you enough material or individual story arcs.
@MsTexas732 жыл бұрын
Right. Shel Kepler was so underrated and overlooked. The character of Amy was so underused. Back when she came on, she should have been used way more than she was during the time Laura was around. Their should have been much more to their sibling rivalry that was hinted at in the beginning. We only saw Amy have ONE real romance (Johnny) when some of those other young men that came along should have gone to her. Amy should have been GREATLY affected by: Laura’s disappearance, Lesley’s “death”, and then Rick marrying that Ginny chick, especially since Ginny was the one trying to take Mike away from them in the beginning. Amy should have NO love for her and would be her dad’s “pit bull” child, even if he didn’t listen and still married her. We didn’t even get AMY’s reaction when Lesley turned up alive! And let’s not even get into that crap story of Rick’s return, where he and Lesley didn’t even interact (when technically, they really would still have been married but we won’t go there), Amy didn’t see him, and they had Laura lose her mind thinking she killed him. 🥴🙃🤦🏽♀️

I bet that was really unpleasant. Getting some negative news about Emily from Dorman, someone Alan and Monica hate. As much as I hate Jason's stone face and arrogance, I do like how supportive and comforting he was to Monica in this scene, how he handled Dorman and how he was looking after Emily.
@beegee19605 жыл бұрын
I see the stone face comment but where did the arrogance come from? Jason is not arrogant. He is the very opposite of arrogant. He never thinks he knows all the answers or that he is better than anyone else. He never takes credit for anything that he does. Jason is confident when it come to his ability to handle work related situations, but he is hesitant and unsure when it comes to social or family situations. Jason does not have an arrogant bone in his body. And his stone face? A cover for what he sees as his inadequacies. He used it to cover up when he first came home and he kept it because it discourages people from asking him questions he does not know how to answer. Later, it became useful in business. It made him intimidating to his associates and his enemies. And it became invaluable when it came to dealing with the cops.
@alski2004 жыл бұрын
Jason stone face comes from the traumatic brain injury he suffered from. With his accident Jason lost the ability to process human emotions. Like he can't put facial expressions and body language to an emotional feeling. He only knows emotions by definition.
