Sam is accusing Brando of something without any evidence. Brando is a suspect at best. Sonny asked Brando if he did anything wrong to Jason's bike and Brando looked Sonny in the eye and swore he didn't. Sonny is probably a little suspicious of Brando but knows that they can't go jumping to conclusions until they have evidence. Brando did lie about anyone else coming in. Cyrus came in.

Blame it on KM's personal relationship with Billy Miller spilling into her professional life. With BM being "left out" of major storylines in favor of Steve Burton and his eventual departure, KM felt gypped out of her opportunity to expand her acting range from being just a mob moll. Wasn't it all too convenient that storyline dictated that Sam was forbidden from being around Jason via parole conditions? Maybe it was a chance for her to cool off and accept BM's fate and her own predictable storylines. Thus, her monotone and listless performances reflects that bored and pissed off feeling. New/temp Sam reminds us how feisty and passionate Sam was and still can be in spurts (remember her arguments with her sisters). Just my opinion.
