I have watched General Hospital since I was 5 years old , I used to race home from school to watch it The best daytime soap ever The day they take Maurice ,Laura and Steve off is the day I stop watching unless it's due to old age or something Most of the long term actors on there are the best and certain characters just cant be replaced Sonny Carly and Jason remind me of Steve Audrey and Jessie They are the backbone of the show and the protectors of Port Charles Michael is a keeper to Although the character LuLu is played well Its not been the same since the original actress left

Chris Terry that’s why I gave it to you...dumb enough that is. First of all gh went down hill with Carvilatti big time. Second they brought in Carvilatti to “save” the show when Soaps were in jeopardy of getting cut. GH nearly got cut anyhow. Fans writing in is what I understand is why it didn’t get cut, maybe not? Your boy didn’t get the job done so he got the axe. Just because Maurice said he didn’t like how things were going isn’t his fault nor was it narcissistic as you claimed. Second, that was only Maurice according to you so what did the awful Laura and Steve do? Tell us how selfish they were? When you’ve been on a show for decades and a fan favorite you can say if you like your character or not. Got it...dude!

Watching mike having Alzheimer’s was hard because my grandma had Alzheimer’s. We took care of her at home. It really hit home watching that storyline. His death and his breathing at the end was spot on. The brilliant acting from the actor who plays mike brought me to tears. Everyone in that storyline did great but I thought the actor who played mike did amazing. I thought they were able to show light on how Alzheimer’s effects everyone not just the person who has it. My dad was like sonny and not ready to let go even though my grandma was showing she was ready just like mike was show he was ready.
