If you mean Pinkie going "ooOOOoooohh" every now and then, that's from The Best Night Ever where Pinkie is all "ooooohhhh they don't wanna party" etc. If you mean the "oh oh oh" parts then I forget where those are from. I think they might even be the same oooOOOooo sound just shortened and tuned.
