I am similar in size to you and have a large Jetstream, would this fit comfortably under the Jetstream?

It will but it is not going to be very comfortable. It will fit under a Medium Seak hardshell from First Lite and It will fit under a medium Kuiu Guide. Of those three the Seak is most comfortable because It runs a little loose for this reason. This is a big puffy jacket. It is not your typically puffy designed to fit under a soft shell. When wearing this puffy I personally would switch to a light base layer, a medium layer like a Patagonia R1 or Kuiu Peloton if needed, then this jacket, finally a hard shell if needed for rain or wind. I feel if it is cold enough for this puffy the softshell no longer fits into my system. I love softshells but find them more appropriate for early season non backcountry hunts. They do not have enough to offer for the weight for me to carry one into the backcountry. Thanks for watching. Let me know if you have other questions.
