yes i believe there is an article about it and one of the lines in one of the article says “The City of General Santos has signed up Sister Cities with countries such as Canberra, Australia; Jersey City, USA; Monterrey, Mexico and Hadano, Kanagawa, Japan. Locally, they have signed up Sister Cities with Quezon City, Iloilo City, Naga City and Camarines Sur, Cotabato City.”
