Col. Tou Fue Vang, recently passed away due to Covid-19. He came to the United States during 1960’s. Earned his Bachelor degree from University of Iowa in 1964 if I’m not wrong. He went back to Laos and planed to be come a teacher instead he chose to be GPV translator.
