i have lexmark t644 it is the same option but i have a problem with the duplex when i give the order to print in the both side it print two pages in one side instead of 2 sides even i add the duplex option what i do wrong???????

Can you help me fix mine?? It says paper jam but there’s no paper anywhere

Dirty and/or worn out pick up rollers in tray 1, you can clean them with a cotton rug and isopropyl alcohol or regular alcohol, but let it dry a couple of minutes before using the printer if you use regular alcohol. If this doesn't fix the problem, check for paper pieces inside the printer or in the tray.
