Reservation is big issue in the way of developing country . This is not right way to distinguish the poor on the basis of caste . In our country, if open meriy candidate got 80 % marka for 1 post and sc/st candidate got 60% marks for same post ,So that post given to Sc / St candidate on their caste basis . This casteism made by human not by God and political parties take advantage from caste system to get in power but this make India poor and under development country than other . This is also reason max. Indian work in foreign because they give job on the basis of quality not by caste.
