It is incredible terrible and lazy writing. This soap is going so far down the tubes it's not even funny anymore. These Writers should be fired and the people that handle the prop section should be fired the people in lighting should be fired. I have seen so many cheesy cheap let Downs in the last few years with lazy writing stories being dropped stories not even gelling with others people getting isolated into their own stories that make no sense whatsoever and go on for far too long and with all the recasts and all the people wanting to leave General Hospital I'm sorry this ship is sinking. They rewrote Elizabeth's history as well and made Jeff Weber out to be a completely different person than what he was written years ago which makes absolutely no sense not to mention they can't do the math between Finn and Elizabeth. I'm not going to believe that Dr Finn is almost 70 years old according to their math if at 15 Elizabeth accidentally started the domino effect of Finn's wife dying. Lazy freaking writing is just ridiculous and extremely unbelievable. Kind of like the hook storyline you can't tell me there's not one person that would fight for their life when showing a hook coming at them especially brando? The dude was in the Navy was he not or in military or whatever you can't tell me he wouldn't defend himself he just stood there and let someone kill him. He didn't even try it's just ridiculous lazy freaking writing and it makes me sick they get rid of damn good characters when they have a good person in the role and keep repeating old story lines it makes me sick why do the soap opera writers always think this is the way to go? And then everyone wonders why we don't have many soaps anymore. Daytime drama is drowning and this is why

This is like Carly and Jason or Liz and Jason all over again. The bad boy who works for Sonny gets shot and his girl space friends always seem to find him and help him when he gets shot. They can't tell anybody they can't go to the police they have to keep it 100% quiet under the radar in order for no one to get arrested. That's why Jocelyn is keeping quiet and not telling Cam. So far she's been honest with Cam about everything even though it takes her a while to get it out there she still comes clean. It is obvious she is falling for the bad boy and that's where the story is going. I can absolutely see her attraction to this guy because of the Sonny connection. She's going to fall for him they're going to get together have a relationship and then she's going to find out that he actually worked for Michael not really Sonny and then they're going to break up have problems try to get back together it's a story arc. That's where General Hospital is taking the Jocelyn and Dex story. Quite frankly I don't really like Jocelyn and Cam together as a couple. I never really did. Maybe when they were in high school but not as adults. They just don't make a good couple so I don't mind where this is going plus I like the mirror image of the Jason type storyline. There are a lot of parallels and it's really funny how Jocelyn who is Carly's daughter is falling for this guy and Carly is helping her which is hilarious but quite understandable no matter how she feels about Sonny it is not this kid's fault that's always how she felt about Jason so of course she's going to help her daughter even though she sees this train wreck coming. Jocelyn has already admitted not to Cam yet that they have issues in their relationship and she doesn't feel comfortable and even after having sex again for the first time since "the incident " she thought it would bring her closer to him and fix everything and then come to find out it doesn't and she feels drawn to this other person , believe me it's completely natural.

Likely because he knew Carly wouldn’t want him to know. If she wanted sonny’s help she would have called him. Brick works for Sonny but he was also front and center when Jason and Carly were fighting to keep the organization together while Sonny was playing make believe in Nixon falls. Sonny can pretend like Carly isn’t a large part of the reason he didn’t return home to chaos in his organization but brick knows the truth. How she handled herself during that time earned her a new level of respect with people like brick and Diane.

Brick's personal life is his own business and Carly is no longer Sonny's business, so there was no reason for Brick to tell Sonny anything about Carly, especially when it had nothing to do with Sonny. I believe Nina's gossip only made Sonny jealous and brought out Nina's insecurities when she became suspicious of his reason for being upset.

Unfortunately this is how the stupid General Hospital writers are now writing the show. None of the stories go together they don't include the cast that they have so there's like people that are not on for a month at a time because they don't know how to tell stories that include the entire cast it doesn't have to be a world disaster or anything like the hostage situation or the virus storyline or anything like that but they need to find stories that intertwine all the characters together in their lives like they once used to. These current writers are so bad it makes me want to rip my hair out and quit watching it really does there are times where I fast forward a lot through certain dialogue that I could care less about or want to gag watching and I've never done that before. None of these freaking stories make any sense whatsoever none of them and they keep isolating two or three characters together to tell a one hour story everyday and they can't do that with as many characters as they have.

So I’m guessing Nina didn’t learn the first time about spreading uncorroborated gossip. First the affair rumor regarding TJ and Willow, now she’s going to assume that Brick and Carly are fucking lol. As much as Brick wants to hit that, he has too much respect for both of them to let his hormones get the best of his better judgement. Of course Nina runs back to Sonny today and informs him about Brick and Carly’s discrete meeting making Sonny question him about that. Sonny needs to stop, like if Brick and Carly do the nasty, that’s none of his business. If she wants to meet with Brick, Sonny doesn’t have to know what it was about. Joss is no longer his step daughter and Carly is no longer a Corinthos. He chose to cheat no more than 5 minutes after he got the impression that things between him and Carly may be over, and he also wasn’t on his meds either, but he still went down the road he did, now deal with it. Michael doesn’t have to like it either so if he doesn’t want to make peace that’s his choice. He can be with Nina and Michael can tell him to fuck off, that’s the beauty of free will. He did choose Nina over his family, which was very hurtful. Michael isn’t a saint but I see where he’s coming from. Sonny is too much of a narcissist to put family first without involving his own self interests. Since Nina wasn’t in that equation, he chose Nina over his family since that’s what Sonny does. He’s allowed to be happy and choose his heart but yeah he’s just an asshole and needs to be knocked off his high horse. If Michael and Dex take him down then so be it. I guess Dante doesn’t want Michael to be what he used to be, obsessed and hell bent on taking Sonny down because it got him shot by his own father, who didn’t know they were both related at the time. Once Sonny finds out that Michael has been using Dex to take him down, watch how fast he orders a hit out on both of them. Sonny just keeps hitting new lows since his character change. I’m hoping he doesn’t resort to that but who knows with Sonny, he may feel there’s nothing left to salvage so he’ll have no problem killing Michael, feeling betrayed putting his own emotional pain before his love for Michael. Would he have still shot Dante if he knew beforehand that he was his son? I guess we’ll never know and plus it’s a script lol. I’m just saying that because would he still continue to show mercy for Michael once the news of his betrayal come to light.

Sonny has always been and will always be a spoiled little boy. He has always wanted things on his terms and because his family or his friends do not follow his mob code of do what I say or else, he has never known how to handle that. That is the one place where he doesn't have control and he has fought it many times over with every woman who has been his kid's mother. Not to mention Jason. He is a washed up former mob boss in my eyes because all he does is threaten nowadays he never does anything. He never follows through with anything and I can guarantee you that little stunt with Dex was just that a little stunt. I don't believe for one second that Sonny would have agreed for the guy to rip him up with knives Sonny didn't even know about it. He hired the person from Miss Wu who of course is a real mob boss. Unfortunately this trip that Sonny took in Nixon Falls has warped his brain he has brain damage I'm sure and it's messing with his decision making and being able to understand things. Again he's coming from a mob boss point of view where he expects everybody to just do what he says and not argue. Everyone non-mob related is not going to do that and that's what he can't handle. I personally don't know what anyone sees in Sonny at all that would make them WANT a relationship with him because EVERYONE knows his track record. Even Nina but she has forgotten that I guess. Bad and lazy writing in my opinion.
