A little info on Publicly traded for Agriculture on Vic3 1.3: After researching the technology, you need to pass the law Commercialised Agriculture under Land reform to use Publicly traded, the law will automatically switch all agriculture to it.

Didn't watch the whole thing yet, but felt like your phase 4 and summary of the economic phases was so spot on, never put these thoughts on paper but you hit like 90% of what was boiling inside my head and added more just in that section. Feels really strange to see ruining the efficiency of a game mechanic (investment pool) as one of the most efficient ways to play. Definitely something for Paradox to think about in the future. Just that last section of the video convinced me to watch the whole thing later. Cheers!

command economy has always been in a weird spot - from bureaucrats ownership (worthless) to being super inefficient in the late game (the only time you can get it)

I did some research in my last run to answer the question and you can proc the event if any interest group (probably Trade Unionists or Armed Forces) fulfills some requirements: at least one of these: 15% + in government bolstered and has a Communist, Vanguardist or Anarchist leader. The only way I am currently aware of is to roll a general/admiral. It will be intersting to see if there are any agitators to make this less rng based and how you can upgrade an agitator to interest group leader. Prussia already has one with Karl Marx, so this is technically already embedded into the game.

I double checked this and kinda don't like that they just nerfed the Mosque, instead of New York too. Though, I think this nerf might be a bug - they also updated the nation modifiers UI

PDX failing hard by slowly down game progression in a game that requires so much micromanagement if the economy and runs so poorly you never get far enough to achieve the stuff they bump back

I mean, to be fair, I think some of the nuance of this would be lost on a beginner, and I think that a more advanced player should be able to comfortably hit 1.5b GDP as most starts (although I could be mistaken here)

@@generalistgaming take me to them I will fight them. J is a y sound in Afrikaans and Dutch, and the e is a short vowel so it sounds closer to an English "a". Just a little victoria 3 world tip, hope this helps

They are updating revolutions a little bit in Monday's patch, so there's that.

@@generalistgaming there's no indication of achieving singling like what I'm calling. It's not horse shit but the game have still holes deeper than only countries content. Dislike vic2 strikes must be a main part of game in the way they developed it.
