Sorry Neil. This video was a miss. The title is very misleading as the content of this video does not in any way tell someone how to create 6 months of content in 3 days. Perhaps it should be "Generate 6 months of content IDEAS in 3 days". But there is a wide gulf between generating content ideas and actually creating the content.

I highly recommend getting a blog to help with SEO. But if you're really against blogging, I'd focus on creating some sort of pages or tools that are going to draw traffic in to your site. You also need to leverage social media and PPC to build brand awareness.
