No, it'd only a Diagnostics tool. The only tool that programs vehicles and Keys from TopDon is currently the T-Ninja 1000 and optionally using the Ninja Box as well to increase Programming capabilities.

I own a kd-x2. When you run Wired Remote Special Copy, Both locking and unlocking work only the first time. I've tried it on 6 Japanese cars and they all only work once. why is that? If this feature is perfect, I think it's a very nice tool.

Just only for remotes with fixed code as Hyundai and Kia cars but for pca Renault fiat and so on you need an obd tool
