Oxidation is gain of oxygen or loss of hydrogen, and reduction is loss of oxygen and gain of hydrogen. Which is why hydrogen therapy is good for us.

Btw your balancing of the reaction is wrong. It should be 2 H2O2 = 2H2O + O2 so watch out if you are gonna use this video guide
