At 1:00 in, whatever he's saying, is priced into asset values today... not a chance buddy. Most cre is not marked to market. Its more appropriate to round down and say that no recent economic changes are priced into cre. If anyone actually cares about verifying this stooges prediction, let's check the headlines regarding cre over the next 8 quarters. Blackstone should have hired me as an analyst. If anyone is bored enough to look up a chart lets maybe look at cre loans that have to be renewed over the next 12-36 months.
