Yes, she does. And she’s good at tailoring her advice to your situation. She helped my friend look at whether it made sense for him to hold off on real estate and focus on other areas for now. He ended up with a more balanced portfolio that could handle market shifts better

@TylerCauble great information but for those "hands on" owners keep in mind, that may work for 1 or 2 properties but it is a not a long term strategy if you plan on growing and expanding your portfolio doing the same.

Yep! Commercial inspectors will look at any type of commercial property. You'll order what's called a PCA or Property Condition Assessment.

You'd have to get creative with how you structure the deal - you could try JVing with the property owner, 100% seller financing, etc.
