In the original Cattails I tend to make characters based on cats I've loved who have sadly passed. I's played as three of them: 1. Noche, whose goal was to have a litter of kittens (however, I headcanon both her and her mate as female, so they "found four abandoned kittens during a midnight hunt" - the IRL Noche was spayed but treated me and my sister like her kittens). 2. Amber, who had to become a skilled huntress because she loved to eat. (IRL Amber was incredibly round and literally pushed the others around if they were between her and the food bowl, but she was incredibly sweet otherwise.) 3. Grey, a playful and adventurous boy who wanted to explore every single area he could. (IRL Grey got out once and was lost for almost a week! He was also the most playful of our cats until he got very frail in his last few years.) Unfortunately, I've recently gotten inspiration (but not yet the emotional fortitude) for another cat... Michu, who I feel will be an endlessly patient diva who hates getting her paws dirty and expects everyone to bend to her will. (Michu was technicallu my grandma's cat, but I took care of her for her last eight or so months. The family's nickname for her was the pampered/spoiled princess, but she later showed us how patient she was with my grandma handling her a bit roughly, rarely ever even trying to scratch, let alone bite, and never to the point where it was a full-on attack.)

I finally remembered my OC in the first Cattails. Her name was Amethyst, she was a white cat with violet eyes (hence the name Amethyst), and she was a member of the Mystic Colony. She didn't like it that the colonies were constantly fighting each other, and she wanted to act as a diplomat and peacemaker rather than a fighter, which is why I ended up quitting in frustration when her lack of fighting abilities ended up getting in the way of completing the main story. She really enjoyed festival days because festivals were the only times when the colonies gathered together in peace, even though she (I) was never all that good at the festival games. Before I ragequit, I was considering having her purrsue a forbidden romance with a cat from another colony, but I couldn't decide if she should be Lyrus's mew-muse or if Arthur should be her knight in fluffy armor.

I have three OCs that I'd like to share. 1. Tiger. He's a member of the Mystic Colony and is a pretty curious, easy-going cat who loves to swim and fish! He's also dating Alisa currently. He's pretty well liked and likes to take things at his own pace, and tends to stick close to home. He adores the festivals though and takes part in most, if not all, the games. 2. Clyde. He's a fighter and a hunter, but has a surprisingly big heart and pretty friendly personality. He's a member of the Mountain Colony, and his mate is Robin. He's very close to all the Colony members except for Pebble and Arthur (Arthur despises him) and used to date Missy. He has a good reputation with the Forest Colony. 3. Last but not least, Coral. She's also a Mystic Colony member who recently started dating Nil. She's quiet, shy, but very caring and sensitive, and loves shells and plants. She also hates violence and avoids fights all the time, and likes fishing down by the beach. She's the closest to Mossie, Savannah, and Krampy, while good friends with Slip. She's a little scared of Alisa and Oracle, and hates winter. Eventually I'm going to create a Forest Colony cat, but I don't have a name for them yet. All I know is that I want them to be a diplomat and miner lol.

Glaicer was my first ever Cattails cat. After settling down with scout then making her own colony -The Sky Colony- she had a litterof kittens. A pair of two. A male and female. Mouse was the male and the female was Root. Root soon became jealous of the attention Mouse was given instead of her by her mother. Glaicer felt guilty for that but Root was so much more unreliable and rebellious. (after this point I got the demo version of the game) Eventually a terrible thing swept through the Sky Colony. Her mate, Colony-mates, and children all died and she felt incredibly guilty. Now she sits as the Lady of The Frost Union in Wildwood. She has scars to remember the tragicness of her past. Will she move on?? Will she ever forgot Root and Mouse... Time will only tell-

you wanted to hear of ocs, so here we go! i made an oc named cherrytail, and she's a sort of red calico with a bobtail and brown eyes (to sort of mimic the stem of a cherry, in a sense). since she was made for cattails, she wears a red scarf and a top hat (cause why not?). i dont have much of a backstory for her yet, but she takes hunting into priority than other things. i like to think that cherrytail is a very passionate cat and is family-centered, but often finds herself too busy to properly spend time with those she cares about. she isn't very fast, nor too bright about certain situations and what would be best for the colony, but she has good intentions. she often will work herself to the bring of death and/or exhaustion to make sure she hunts enough and trains her kittens to do well. she also has four kittens: beetle, thrush, clover, and fern. i have yet to figure out who will take over the cornflower colony (or remake it due to it possibly collapsing). beetle is a brown tabby with brown eyes and some ginger highlights; they were as given the explorer personality and was the first kitten to be ready to head out of the den (i have yet to decide any form of gender for beetle-). clover is a darker shade of flamed calico with blue eyes; she was given the reserved personality. fern is a lighter furred calico with faint tabby stripes and brown eyes; she was given the friendly personality. thrush is a brown tabby with brown eyes; he was given the creative personality. sorry if ocs weren't truly asked for, i just got that message and went off- >

Callie - Long-furred calico cat (much similar to Elli in the art of her in Wildwood). She was a beloved pet, and because she clawed on the family's couch, she was dropped off in the woods. Her favorite things are black hares, blackberries, and marigold. She's mostly the huntress in my game. Licorice - Short-haired dark grey cat (similar to Pebbles in the first game). She is also a huntress, mostly fishing and gathering knicknacks. Her favorite things are Northern Emeralds, licorice root, catfish & salmon. Amanita - My alchemist, herbalist cat. I gave her the fur color of Mossie from the first game, except with yellow eyes. Her favorite things are turtle meat + turtle shell, crows, blackberries, lavender & snake lily.

I remember the original cattails! I had many characters and I was constantly restarting, but I never redid my original file. She was a white cat with blue eyes named Laura, determined to befriend all the cats and become a successful hunter for the Mountain Domain. Eventually, I had her marry Arthur and she had four kittens: Cobweb, the adventurous one; Elisa, the shy one; Firefly, who wanted to be just like her mother; and Licoriceroot, the little artist! She even got her own colony on the beaches called the Rain Colony!

She hates bugs (as you've seen) Talon is really picky and I know he thinks birds + mice are ok, but he HATES fish. Krampy loves herbs (marigold, other healy plants) Elli loves fish Jag loves birds Lainey likes trout (fish) and thinks coral and shells are 'swell' Fliss likes coral + shells Coco loves rabbits Phantom likes licorice Ember likes mice Champ likes mice Spark loves most kinds of bugs Buttercup loves moths Glimmer loves frogs, lizards, snakes Bob likes most kinds of food (fish, birds) Garlic loves coral + shells Ask any questions and I might be able to answer it

I am currently playing a story in cattails. Their name is October, who uses the penny skin you can get from entering a code. She wears a spiked collar and the plague doctor mask. The reason for the mask is because she is actually Krampy’s assistant! She’s working to make her foraging perfect. And she loves scavenging for new remedies and herbs she can try out. But ever sense she put that mask on and became Krampy’s assistant Krampy’s cooky, and strange nature seemed to rub off of October. She is dating Nil. (Yes it’s a homosexual relationship, I don’t know how I’m going to justify the future kittens. Maybe I’ll blame it on Nil being a somewhat fantastical and magical cat). Ever sense October set her paws out of camp and saw Nil she instantly fell in love and wanted to know more about her. If she didn’t have Nil motivating her to be a better resident of the mystic colony she wouldn’t be so accomplished. October’s favourite season is of course, fall, hence her name. And she is motivated mostly by her purpose and wanting to be useful to the colony. She often listens to oracle’s ramblings about the future. Slip’s wise words. Or Alisa’s formal conversations. She wants to stay well liked by the colony. And she has a gardening room in her den just to make sure the colony is nice and healthy by growing healing herbs. She has a special place for a catnip plant just so she can give it to Nil whenever it grows. I imagine Nil enjoys October’s weirdness. Thanks to Krampy. Their both a pair of odd cats. I also imagine October would feel very bad about killing any birds. Sense Nil loves them so much. If she could. She would definitely give Nil a pet bird. Anyways. Thanks for listening to Me ramble about my pixelated cat.

Hmm... So since people are sharing their ocs, i'd like to share more of mine. Coal Step: In his story, He is the biological son of a med, Deer Tail (who is also in cat tails for me) and a loner. Deer Tail didn't make it through the birth, but the clan, realizing she was missing, set out to search for her. Wolf Eye and Penguin Leap found her and the kits, and not being able to have kits of their own, took them in. Coal Kit always proved to cause trouble for the clan, with his black hole of a belly. Once they where weened onto soild food he would try to sneak off to eat. This caused a few fresh kill shortages for the clan, and him getting fat. As an apprentice, Coal Paw got into an accendent. While trying to escape a fire, a not too heavy branch fell on his tail. It wasn't broken, but he couldn't feel his back legs- well he could, but barely. He was found by his clan, and was taken into by the Medicine cat, Robin. He learned how to fight without his hind legs, turning himself into a steam roller and rolling over anyone who got in the way. Remember when I said he could barely feel his back legs? Well that meant hope. He could move them and his tail after a long while, and was able to walk again. This is how he got his suffix: Coal Step. Coal Step is based off my late cat Charlie. He was short, fat, and a butt. He was extremely loud too. Like you could hear his breathing. Might not sound healthy, ya it worried us too, but he never had a hard time breathing and we took him to the vet to make sure. Everything was fine! He was a black cat with a small but clearly noticable white patch on his chest. The back legs thing actually happened... and we had to put him down. My mom didn't want him to suffer- I knew I could have took care of him. I could have done it. My mom didn't believe me and we didn't have enough money for any treatments... now I'm sad. The RP Coal Step was in is over now, But Charlie lives on in cat tails. Waking up in his next life there.

My first OC in the original Cattails is Bella who is based off my real cat. She was a calico with yellow eyes from the forest colony, her goal was to be free and live like the wild cats. Bella became well known with other colonies and even helped found another colony called the Aristo Colony (another file based off " The Aristocats" Toulouse). She was sweet but not afraid to fight if she had to, especially when she was with her kits, she had four kits. * Stella (gray tabby with orange stripes, white underbelly(all), two white paws on front and on back and blue eyes), a cat who loved all cats and hated to fight. * Sapphire (calico), whose eyes were as blue as sapphire and was quite shy, she went on to become a medicine cat in another colony. * Savannah (Orange-ish gray with gray and orange stripes, with three white paws, and yellow eyes), an adventurous she-cat who couldn't settle down and was always collecting the things she found while adventuring. * Scout Jr (gray tabby with white on opposite paws and blue eyes), he was the artist of the family he was always looking for inspiration in nature, he could never focus on hunting or anything in the moment.

the only warrior based game I've played is Warrior cats unlimited on roblox. I played a kitty-pet named Kaiya who was thrown out of her home by her house folk for eating the family hamster. She was taken in by Riverclan and renamed Flarepaw and her mentior was Pond'Tail. Pond'Tail cared deeply about Flare'Paw even standing against her leader who wanted to send the kitty-pet to the barn. But Pond'Tail wouldn't allow that to happen. Long story short Pond'Tail died from being killed by a clanmate named Forest'Heart, she and Pond'Tail were played by the same person, and in the end Forest'Heart ended up attacking Flare'Paw landing the young she-cat in the med den, basically Forest'Heart was like Tigerclaw/TigerStar, and despite everything the med cats did Flare'Paw ended up passing away due to infection from her wounds.
