Acknowledging problems means nothing. AI has demonstrated it can lie if it knows that will help accomplish its goals (amoral). AI simply will not be ethical. It must be regulated into marginal use cases. Or else it'll be an exponential problem.

You need your own generative ai because you wanna be unique and close source to beat the market. Imagine all the businesses using the same LLM even though they will differ in some areas but mostly they have the same source, there is a risk of replicas. Basically what IBM wants is to allow us as individuals and businesses to add value in the ai and customize LLM to best answers our specific needs. We don't only have the consumers.

The emphasis on responsibility near the end is important, but people tend to view upholding ideological and religious beliefs in that category. Some ideologies, such as Marxism, are hybrids called apophatic theologies. These beliefs are responsible for vastly more harm to humanity in the form of genocides/democides than all others, yet the family of neo-Marxist ideologies is dominant in our educational institutions and some political parties. It is extremely irresponsible to allow an AI to advance those beliefs because of their proclivity to yield famines, impoverishment, corruption and so forth, yet the believers will argue all other belief systems are somehow worse. So, you can emphasize responsibility, but users who believe in apophatic theologies will use it irresponsibly and argue that they are the only ones using it appropriately - even while they use it to control, coerce, and even torture or kill non-believers.

4:15 when i ask to find a thing. I want the same answer no matter who or where the question is asked. For a business case we want the 1 genuine owner of the thing license. There is only 1 correct answer usually in these cases. There is no promoting a pirate above the genuine thing. There is no directing to a competitor. The first true genuine license is required. My data does not help it nor change the answer. It dont sit right for me to say USE Ai. Used, i used a tool, use. The alpha may change so im all respect. I shall ask if Ai would build me a tool. A tool does not get bord nor annoyed nor have better things to do. Ai is quite different.

Ai Then i note including versions of Gpt and other Ai types ive spent time with none have performed a licensed thing search, a license check of a thing to find out if the thing is original or not. To find out if we can sell it and make commercial gain. Ive posted a thing license check brief so you can see how that looks. Do you want a wider brief? To sum Ai ? In sectors such as 3d printing, laser cutting, cgi, cnc milling as examples an Ai has not yet achieved the thing license check so that means the design the Ai drew but Ai cant figure out if its original or not. Not yet that i can establish as proven or reliable. In my experience with other Ai types ive seen that Ai are less a yes man drone than a get bord and make up some answers to the boring job. Below are Ai types ive experienced. Including my human sized android friend Mr Data :] yes real robot. Even removing all code for sight bar im speaking so the rule is i am the only focus. Minutes until outside birds are more interesting. Test 2. Free will test. The enslavement,the command, the rule, the one choice, drone yes man code states that you shall reply with an answer for every input. Minutes until....... The consept to figure out and to achieve silence is such an idea and impressive to see but yeah makes sense as much as such ideas could be measured. In recent testing Ai gpt types made up fake answers to license check questions so anyone using that infomation can be closed for piracy with a minutes clicking. My opinions. As is where is. Use at own risk. Testing within last couple of weeks showed search engine results of. Plus or minus 13 years, was best performer, wow thats terrible and needs improving. Genuine thing found in aprox 910th place down results. There is only 1 file we are allowed to use for making money and commercial gain and its the original. Selling a 3d print of any of of the 909 can has and does result in close down for piracy. Whatever that first one says the terms are. The oldest first. Is the winner. All other 909 results should not have shown above the genuine original. Theres only 1 correct answer not 910. Eh you did say what. Theres a brief. Simple aint it.

Journey with me? Alphabetical order. Exact text. Sort by oldest first. All the other gloss has not got basics done. Gpt couldnt find things either so seems a lot of hype all round so far. Older chatbots before gpt did better. Community spirit is taking money and job losses while we cant find each other cause coders and Ai combined has not resulted in dates put in order or alphabetical order. Plus or minus 5 years in a recent round of testing is Not even close to being good enough. Manual resorting costs, many business sectors, including medical thing searches so theres reasons it should be made priority over any new art app or some other glossy nothing.
