Good find. Pretty unusual defect. Just a tip. It was confusing when you stated "back seat" fan motor. Back seat means the rear passenger seat. That fan is in the "seat back". Kind of silly but they mean 2 different things. I replaced my wheel (bearing) speed sensor on my Sportage this weekend no more dash lights! Easy 1 hour repair. I believe the dealers have a tool that doesn't require hub removal. I did it the old fashioned way, took everything apart.
