THIS IS THE FUTURE FOR WIRELESS MICS, USED MINE 4 TIMES IN DIFFERENT ROOMS OF DIFFERENT SIZES , ABSOLUTELY BRILL, THROUGH MY CMS DYNACORD AND SHURE SM58 FOR VOCALS, YOU WONT GO WRONG

When you turn them on, the 4 leds light up depending on how much battery is left, 4 lights = 4 hours and so fourth. They don’t need to be charging to know how much battery is left

Its a little pricey? The Xvive is $199 and the Shure is $999 so $106 seems petty good But how is the floor noise? Thank you for your video

Your probably right these are inexpensive compared to most others. I haven’t tested alot of these wireless systems. I used the lekato in a small venue (dance studio) but next door to a Bar . They had no hum or signal interference while using . They Worked well for my scenario. Kinda why I wanted to make a video About them. I Did not test the range much thou but they worked well in the range 10-15 feet … around the booth. Thanks for watching and your feedback.

@@DjMartiniMidwest thank you for your reply Martini, I think their rated for 90 ft correct me if I'm wrong, I saw another guys video on here where he was in his sound room isolated from any noise and he demonstrated how despite many people have pretty good things to say about it and I've seen many good reports myself, his demonstration showed sound with cable then with Lekato on a Shure mic, and you can indeed hear the hizz but I didn't think it was that bad and for your average setups maybe acceptable. I don't think for anything high end at a professional level but what do we want? Its only $106 bucks right?

I have use Line6 wireless G10 for guitar for year's. I recently bought the Lekato 5.8 GHZ guitar wireless. They work great and it makes setup really easy. I have been thinking about giving their XLR wireless a try. I adapted the guitar wireless via a XLR to 1/4" female to mic. It worked but, it had a weaker signal and required more gain or trim on my Bose Tone Match. It also had a little bit of white noise. Kind of a high-pitched whining sound. How is the noise with this?

great video. what are your experience with 5.8ghz vs 2.4ghz (UHF) wireless microphones? I was using a UHF wireless microphone at an event. it was working fine before the crowd arrived. Once the crowd arrived (about 300 people) it was very hit or miss - more miss. I suspect it could be all the cell phones, bluetooth and hotpots from the crowd. do you think this 5.8ghz system will have less interference in that environment?
@DjMartiniMidwest
@DjMartiniMidwest Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and your question. 2.4 ghz is a more common frequency used in various devices in my opinion although 5.8 ghz is more common now. I have had some of the same issues. Using the 5.8ghz I did have any issues. But just depends.. interference could happen with distance from receiver.. My 2.4 ghz mic still works well if I stay close to my dj area. Thanks

i want to get it but Im seeing reviews talking about poor battery life like 3.5 hours is that right?
@DjMartiniMidwest
@DjMartiniMidwest 2 жыл бұрын
The lekato system claims 5 hours use on a full charge . I did a 3.5 hr event with no issues. But I haven’t tested the full five hours with them yet. I would believe 4-5 hours battery life to be safe. Thanks

Please tell me if I connect Lekato to Shure SM35-XLR Performance Headset Condenser Microphone they will work together?
@DjMartiniMidwest

Hello , thanks for watching and your question. I don’t think this lekato will work because you shure system is a condenser microphone which needs phantom power to work and Lekato is more for dynamic microphones / signal only no power. Thanks

Great reaction, can you reverse the transmitter and receiver and make a speaker wireless?

Yes

Not exactly reversed, but you can plug the transmitter into the output of your mixer and the receiver into a powered speaker. You may run into distortion if you turn the mixer output too high.

Hey there Dj Martini have you tried to connect your interface to run your music system wirelessly? I’m just wondering if it’s possible .

With your suggestion I tried it and it worked! I didn’t think it would work. Of coarse it’s only for one channel (cause the receiver is big and covers the other channel) but for one speaker Yes it works wireless music transfer. Wow kinda cool. Thanks for the question and for watching.

I bought these. And then unfortunately had to return them. I have nothing against this company, but these just were not good. I know cheap wireless will never sound as good as a cable, but the gain dropoff compared to a 25' cable made them unusable live. It was roughly HALF the gain of the cable. And the highend also rolled off hard, and that's compared to a long 25' cable. These were WAY too quiet and muffled. And it has to be line of site, because as soon as anything got in the way, it dropped the signal completely. Was disappointed because I wanted these to work so badly. Boo.

There is no pop on your video when you shut off the transmitter on the mic… the pop came when you powered off/on the receiver on your powered speaker…..you should clarify with an edit/ text in description.
