Hello, I'm hoping you could help. I have the primo Go hooked up to my Virtual DJ. But the eq on the Prime go is doing some effects rather then High, Mid and Low. How can this be fixed? Thank you.

Hello , thanks for watching and your question. In the settings there are setting for eq section to switch between stems , other, or standard settings. Just needed to switch them. Go To Equalizer controls - ( disabled ) for traditional frequency-only EQS. Thanks .

Thanks for watching. Yes with a quick exit of VDJ software . You can go back to your Prime Go library and all it’s all in one controller nature .

I just purchased the denon go and I was hoping you could help me. I am having trouble activating the sweep FX buttons. I tap A and B and no difference? Also on my headset the left side cue is a lot louder than the right. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for watching and your question. For the headphones issue double check your que balances and controls on the front of the Prime Go . For the Fx sweeps this is a software issue I’m guess or check to see if the VDJ mapping is correct. The Denon Dj or VDJ forums page is also a great resource for help . Thanks

I’m having a problem with my denon prime go, it doesn’t show up in my vdj audio settings and the prime go is stuck in computer mode. I have downloaded the latest vdj version and the denon windows update. I have a yellow triangle on my computer usb port for the Denon Prime go audio. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank for watching and your question. I have Never seen that before… but Sounds Software related. Possible bad update or error during upload. Can you still use the usb port for updates via corded updater method from your laptop or update from a flash drive . Maybe installing to a previous version might fix the issues . Then you can try to update to the most recent update later if this corrects the problem. If this doesn’t work you might ask your question again on the Denon dj forums page . Lots of helpful people and answers. Thanks .

How do I adjust my pitch? The right side is really sensitive to every little movement. Is there an adjustment in the screen?

Pitch controls are on the right side of the jog wheels. They look like up faders , underneath fader say pitch on the VDJ software and say pitch bend on the Prime Go . Thanks

If you hit the eject button on the prime go it’s the fastest way to get to the source menu

Is a USB-B 3.0 required because the image is not displayed for me?

I am currently having the same problem with the numark mixstream .. display will not work . So the drivers might need reinstall or might have had issues during installation.. might need to try again. Setup instructions straight from Virtual dj page …. Drivers : (Windows only) Download and install the latest Windows drivers from www.denondj.com/downloads . It is strongly advised to install drivers prior plugging the unit to a USB computer port. My thoughts.. The usb a to usb b 2.0 should still work . It’s more of a driver issue with the screen . Thanks .

@@DjMartiniMidwest Thanks, man. I appreciate the reply. I’ve followed you since I purchased the Denon Prime Go. I must’ve searched Denon Prime Go tutorials on KZbin and came across ya channel. I’ve been using the original CDJ-1000’s from 2001 till present. Still out here burning CDs in order to mix. 🤣 Hey, whatever works. So, although I plan on eventually buying new CDJ’s, I figured I’d get that prime go to dip my toe into these modern mixing devices…to help familiarize myself with latest DJ tech. I’m an X-Ray Tech here on Staten Island. The job allows me plenty of time to learn about this machine. I have a lot to learn. I understand none of it. Anyway, I’ll definitely pop in with questions and/or info from time-to-time. Be well and I hope u have a good rest of your day. - Mike 🤝✌️😎
