With the chome I know they say best over black yet personally I have tested over a few and I found that over Tamiya x8 lemon yellow it gave the best results and it come out as a bright shiny mirror chome just my experience....

Can you use masking tape or decals on the surface?

ye you will see when I remove the masking tape after showing you the iron colour, that I removed it from the steel colour

how does the chrome lay down? .Is it realistic? . i build 20's -70's cars and replicating chrome trim with paint/powder products are a bit hit and miss ,also where can i buy it from i can't seem to find it in your shop? any chance of a video short showing the chrome being applied? Regards Gary
