I think a lot of people miss this box in Book of ruin page 40. "The total number of Neophyte Hybrids in the gang must always be equal to, or higher than, the total number of other fighters (Leader, Hybrid Acolytes and Aberrants) in the gang, not counting Hangers-on."

Most recent necromunda video, so i'm going to ask it here. Can you perhaps do a video about running a demo / first game of necromunda. Things like what models to run, how many, what rules should be in that game and what rules can be left out? (Thinking of gang cards, environmental effects in when using ash waste stuff, and so on)

One of the neophytes is not a specalist. One of them is jsut allowed to use a special weapon. Then ALL your neophytes can use special weapons that you can give them as the game continues.

That's true! Which is important because they won't advance like a specialist. Chaos Helots are the same way.
