Thank you and your source for this! Love this army. Edit: And you just made my day with the Sanctus with sniper info. That is always the first model I put in my list from the amount of times he has made psychers explode, including a Wraithseer. Edit 2: Also thank you for trying to look at the bright side of stuff vs just throwing salt around, cannot wait for a month or two for our community to go back to being more chill and just getting our stuff to work.

I actually love the changes to hybrid metamorphs, it sucked making them all wysiwyg to look the same with whips. We can finally put them in looking different but hopefully they are still good rules wise.

Your source is a (four-armed)godsend! GWs "reveals" for this faction just makes it seem like they dont care about the cults anymore. I mean the codex goes up for preorder tomorrow and there is literally more articles out about eldar than gsc. This is so hype tho hope the new rules makes up for the lackluster points changes!

There is no way someone can call us a "Horde" army with a straight face anymore (not that they were before) with these points costs. This really sucks. Especially when you see other new books with points DROPS, i.e. a 45 point Skitarii Marshal, 50 pt Canoness, etc. I'm really wondering if this outweighs any rules buffs etc we get. *Edit* The abominant is literally the only thing that got a points drop in our entire book.

lots of drops Magus primes Nexus clamervurs metamorphs posably, Aberents depending on weapon costs, geanstelers and a couple of weapon drops i think the average army will be slightly smaller but you would hardly notice plus nearly everything got buffed not to mention we will be able to get models back. only thing i think might be a bit steep would be the vehicles. just hope they get cult creeds

You can still field 20 man neophyte squads in huge numbers. That’s a horde army.

If you think 6 pts/model Neophytes (in 20 man units) and 9 pts/model Acolytes along with 75-90 pts HQs do not qualify for a horde style army, I really don't want to see what you imagine as a "horde army". How many models do you want people to buy and paint? Also you are wrong, not only the Abominant got cheaper: When compared with the current point costs from the Chapter Approved Munitorum Field Manual, quite a few units got a least a small points drop: Primus, Clamavus, Nexos, Purestrains... I swear, people have gotten so whiny and worried about new rules before even playing a single game, it's just sad. Complaining about not enough previews, complaining about rules that they've only seen an excerpt from, complaining about changes that they couldn't even try out yet. Jeez....
