A recommendation: the tyranid warriors kit and the hive/tyrant guard kit have a great variety of different tyranid arm bits, that would work really well for bigger genestealer characters, like genestealer orks or other similar conversions

Bigger than a space marine isn’t really a big deal Ogryns are Space marines have a lot more going for them than their size. For the longest time they didn’t even have a set average height in the lore (although they were still large) The geneseed organs are where it’s really at.

These came out great...but I'm sorry, they just...look like normal genestealers with extra steps, no offense. When you say "Genestealer super hybrids" I was thinking of something a lot closer to tyranids but not close enough, like they're still humanoid. What I meant was more chitin, more spikes, more tyranid weaponry or a fusion of genestealer and tyranid weaponry, tyranid-like heads, maybe open mandible-like mouths, tentacles, more....Tyranids! Wish I wasn't so broke, a Genestealer tyranid kill team is a dream I've had for a long time
