How do you place a call to interpreter services inside interactions? we get calls that need an interpreter. I’m finding it difficult to place the customer on hold call the interpreter and then get us all three back on the line. Any suggestions I take calls from the queue?

I'm a CSR using this, calls regularly getting dropped, everything is generally slow. Not very good...

very good information. I would like to know if there's any report on geneysy where it shows in a call centre over 400 advisors how many have a specific skill? I know I can go on a specific queue and I can filter that but a report will be very beneficial. thank you
