"Hauntingly Beautiful" This song still gives me chills! I remember being 17 years old, laying on my bed, listening to this song and visiting lands far away in my mind. To this day, this song never fails to send me back to that emotional place in time. Actually, this whole album, along with "Wind and Wuthering", and "And Then There Were Three" remain 3 Masterpiece albums, that continue to take me on wonderous and wild journeys to another realm!

Lo que me gusta del cantante es que es muy cuidadoso y respetuoso con las voces. No "todo suena a Gabriel" se inmersiona mentalmente y trata en su mejor manera de asimilar la voz segun la era de la banda, sea Gabriel, sea Collins. Por eso respeto y admiro muchisimo a Genetics. Es lo mas cercano a la banda original que escuche en mi vida. Por algo Steve Hackett los escucho y se maravillo del respeto tanto sonoro como vocal. Felicitaciones. Saludos desde Rosario.

It's cool to think about Peter G rejoining Genesis and singing some of the tracks from TOTT and W&W. Seeing this also made me wonder how Pete might have added some of his theatrics. Also, Pete might have harmonized the keyboard solo with some tasty flute playing. The guy singing here is good, but a bit stoic compared to Pete.

Almost. In this performance, he lacked the raspy, grittiness that Peter had. PG was able to “crack” his voice in a very unique way also. I only wish we could’ve heard that here, but it would’ve been quite difficult to pull off. Oh well, he and the band still delivered an excellent rendition all the same.

@@lukaf2393 I saw Genesis Live on 8 separate occasions when they were touring in the (relatively) Early Days and the state of his vocals would depend on whether it was towards the beginning to the end of the tour. Even so that still doesn't negate the fact that Regrettably the Vocals are Weak and Poor.
