Dear doctor I’m Kamrul hasan chowdhury from bangladesh. I had a road accident and I got urethra injury on July 2012 . Major injury was pelvic fracture and urethra injury. After I did my operation ( on December 2013) for urethra injury my erection is not working . It is now 10 to 20 percent works . My age is 48 years old and also a diabetic patient. And have no children.I need to have your suggestion and what would I do to get natural erection like before. Waiting for ur reply
