Crazy he said this. The only reason I made videos is so my son has something when I’m gone. I literally said EXACTLY what he said when making content gives your kids and grandchildren something to remember you by. I would be forever grateful for these videos with my dad, but my son will get it.

I find that the problem with people making content nowadays is lack of strategy. They come up with ideas and upload them and post them straight away. They may be motivated for a couple months and may upload 40 videos in that time. 40 videos could be 40 or 20 weeks instead of 2/3 months. Batch and post consistently (also use a lot of Famester, it helps massively). Don't post everything straight away, post it on the same day/time every week. This also helps avoid burnout...

I've been saying this... and I've been saying when the homeless who are looking for work or fake beggars who come up to you. Pay them for knowledge off camera or if they give you permission, interview them on film and pay them. I keep saying get the grandchildren/children to film their elders but not without permission and lack of respect or the aim to put them on social media without permission, etc. You get the vibe. Two many kids are point cameras at people like know one told them it's rude to point 👉 🤬 👈 camera's. That's the difference between the parents and teachers of past and present.

So perhaps the research tells you something unexpected about the original idea then adjust this idea for the content based on the research you've found whether that's the premise or the concept of the content. I have to assume that is his intent there.
