She is absolutely phenomenal. She needs no special tools, very minimalistic. She's very aggressive, stubborn, won't quit, determined to the bone. Her strength is unbelievable... Where did she get her training to tear down and rebuild a motor. This is no willy-nilly talent, where does she get this energy? Who taught her these skills? The Asian community just seams to have this can-do attitude. She would be deeply admired in the USA for how hard she works along with her talent. Im 71 years old now, and throughout my life I have noticed how well respected, and liked, are the hardest working people in our communities, regardless of race, color, creed or any other barriers we experience in life. She is an example that all should emulate.

I often wondered how they were constructed since they seemed so simple in operation. It was a pleasure to see you take something that was in such poor shape and restore it the way you did. I love watching anybody that does this kind of work in a basic shop. I spent 47 years at working in motorsports as everything from driving, designing parts, building racecars, hot rods, customs and restoring classic cars. to being a track promoter. When I was 15 years old, I even took a 1921 model T reproduction and put a Dzeise air cooled diesel in it. It was probably cut in editing but I never saw a ring compressor, you oiling the piston to not have dry metal scraping between the parts, and a cylinder hone to smooth the rust from the cylinder bore.

@1AMERICANWORKER2 жыл бұрын
@@nicolasnavarro4976 The part where she had the paper funnel was when she filled the crank case with oil. I have built over 100 engines, from 5hp Briggs and Stratton for mini bikes to 4,000 hp supercharged monsters. At Daytona kart week, one of the 2 stroke guys leaned his motor out too much and stuck the piston in the bore. He was up all night cleaning the cylinder bore in the motel sink with a BRILLOW PAD!! When he went out for the first practice, he went through the part of the speedway that is part of the road course at 145 miles per hour. I have seen some pretty sketchy things done to engines to get them back racing. Most of them work to an extent. The advantage of a big shop with all the toys is a more precise engine that will probably make more power, last longer, and be faster and easier to build.

Lin Guoer, I wrote this comment on your other channel for the same video and this channel deserves the same comment because your video is so good. It seems like the bigger and more challenging the repair the more Lin Guoer likes it. Great job with this large diesel - that engine will run for a very long time after your repair.

Slack old diesel, probably won't hurt it, but i would have put a bit of oil around the piston and valve stems.
@solarfunction18472 жыл бұрын
@Linguoer If you want to make yourself a valve spring tool that compresses the spring so that you can easily remove the collets holding the spring down you can always use an old G clamp & weld a piece of 40mm wide x 5mm thick x 50mm long flat bar onto the end of screw plate as close to one end of the flat bar on the clamp so that you have about 30mm of flat bar hanging out over the screw plate & then put a large U notch with 45 degree sides in the end of the front of the flat bar so that it goes on top of the spring & the center pin can fit through the large U notch. When you twist the screw of the clamp it will compress the spring making the pin com up allowing you to get at the collets.

I admire your skills and hard work. Please, better wear ear mask when doing noisy metal cutting / grinding. I have severe hearing loss because I was too busy / too lazy to wear it when I was a young man. Hearing aids are very expensive. And they won't give you back your full hearing, far from 100%. All the best.

This girl is an actress hired to pretend to be a mechanic and other skilled trades-person. In reality she can't do any of these things on her own. And if you for one second believe she is doing all this you need some help. She is an actress not accomplished at any skill. At least they should make her look the part. This The girl is an actress. She was hired to do the "ROLE" there is no way she can be an expert electrician/carpenter/is an insult to any skilled trades person. And there are many shorts of Asian women who really do the work. Meinen vollen Respekt, mach bitte weiter so.
