GENIUS Laundry Shelf Hack: Make Life Easier! (DIY Laundry Room Shelves)

IT TAKES TWO to make this thing go right!✌️😄
“Why didn’t you just do one big shelf?” someone asks, not understanding why having 2 pull-out shelves is THE BEST!🧺
For example:
- It’s easier & lighter to just pull out one.
- I like the flexibility of where I can stand, which one I can pull out, etc.
- My engineer husband tells me there are some structural reasons as well (like having a center support!).
HOW I USE THEM:
1️⃣ I can just open one and stand to the side of it with the dryer!
2️⃣ Same for the washer!
3️⃣ If you have young kids/helpers, I’ve discovered that it’s fun to be able to load & unload together with one of you standing in front and the other to the side (whereas the other way the machine door would be in the way)!
So THAT’S just a few reasons why we did it that way-and why we like it in REAL LIFE use!😉
