Genius indeed, what a bloody brilliant result. Everything is amazing but my personal favourite is the door knobs and locking system, so creative and beautiful. Rompieron tantas paredes, pisos, agregaron cañerias, las columnas de sosten del edificio, hicieron una modificación completa y drástica del departamento, los vecinos de abajo, arriba, etc., me gustaria saber si esa modificación con el tiempo trajo algun problema al edificio. Load bearing walls are obviously not an issue? Even with a laser some of those newly built walls were not straight. I'm a little concerned, for the actual stability of that apartment. It's all hard work, none the less.

This isn't an 'old country home'. It's a multi-level apartment in a complex. Yes, renovation costs in China are much lower than in the U.S. Did this cost a mere $100 for demo, walls, floors, ceilings, windows, lighting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating, furniture & finishing? Only in someone's wet dream.

Unless I'm missing something and he's actually a licensed structural engineer, I hope he's saved some of that "$100" to re-install all the load bearing walls after his neighbors and/or the building department see this. Oh, and he might want to hire an attorney. Just my opinion.

No wonder when earth quakes come their buildings crumble. No reinforcing steel and the brick work is crooked with gaps. Bricks are made to lay one way not back and forth flat then on edge. Even the existing concrete tile walls are suspect. Sorry good effort but you could never pay me enough to live there😢😢😢

Clearly, there is a mistake in the title of this video... It must have meant to say 100,000 dollars and even that is on the low side. Second there are no apartment building owners that will allow anyone to bust out walls in a building. Most walls in apartment complexes are LOAD BEARING... especially when they are made of brick and/or concrete and are thick like what is seen in this video. The whole building could be put into jeopardy of collapse doing stupid stuff like that. And wait a minute... This long ass video just to see a 1-second flash of the finished apartment???... Or was the end of this video when the building owner found out what he had done and kicked him and her out!!!!!

When they carried that item up all those flights of stairs, I wondered what was beneath their unit., AND where is the kitchen in this $100 unit reno ?? That must have been $100,000 of thousands of dollars from beginning to end. Must have been a click bait title. None of these Chinese rebuilds ever end completely, nor do any of them do Before and After shots, like normal renos do. Or yards for that matter. They all end cold, with no resolution or proper endings hoping you will watch through to the end and see the totally finished product. LOOOSER !!!
