Listening to this reminds me of my teenage years. He helped through a lot of hardship. The way this album was made was genius. I hope he will one day drop Man on the Moon III.

I was a junior in high school when I first heard ‘Day n Nite’; going through some heavy heavy stuff, not knowing where to turn or who to believe, lost and afraid. I listened to the rest of the album throughout my college years, drinking and smoking and trying to forget about the harsh realities of life. Now, older and a bit wiser, I listen back and give thanks to an album that felt the same feelings I felt, that gave me a comfort and still gives me a comfort to this day.

Without Cudi there is no Drake, Post Malone, Travis Scott and many many many others. He is the father of a whole genre.

I’ve only met 1 person who didn’t like cudi, I’ve known my buddy since he was 18 and now he’s 24 and finally likes cudi. I never pushed it on him but I remember telling him that cudi is something different, it’s not just rap, it’s music you feel when the times right. Now he loves cudi and I’m glad.

It was amazing that all of my friends, who favored many genres were hooked on Cudi during high school; pretty much brought people together who shared struggles or simply wanted to escape/vibe

When I say this man and a huge majority of his music saved my life. I may not mean the same sense as other Cudder fans that it stopped me from hurting myself or stop me from being pushed to suicide. I mean that I may have ended up on a dark path of no friends, family or any hope for life whatsoever. Because of Scott Mescudi I have a clear vision of who I am and where I want to be in life. Most of all, that whatever I’m going through won’t last forever no matter how bad or world ending it may seem to me. Thank you Scotty for everything. ✌️

This is amazing. I did listen to these constantly. I tripped shrooms for the first time when I was 17 and with my closest friends. Prior, I was leaving sports and becoming independent and missing my siblings "Independent older sister, kept me fly when she could" Thank you Cudi Keep the sanitizer on deck

Probably the most influential artist of the last decade, at least in hip hop. He brought melodies to the genre, helped Kanye craft 808's and MBDTF, tackled depression, anxiety and loneliness in a modern fresh fashion that other artists simply weren't able to do until years later.

This album played such a huge part of my life. When I was a senior in high school I struggled with doubt and anxiety and probably depression. I self medicated by smoking a lot of weed and I listened to this album ALOT. I couldn’t really describe my feelings and thoughts at the time. I was just too young and naive to look inward. Once I listened to the album it just put all those thoughts and feelings into words. I used to ignore those t&f because I thought I was alone. Knowing I wasn’t alone gave me peace and understanding of others. This album changed how I viewed the world at the time. I go back and forth whether I think this was a positive time in my life. I can at least say that I’m confident that part of my life happened for a reason. Peace out y’all✌🏻
