actually, he did throw the orb at genji but he got killed instantly (you can also see on the right side there was a bar). And throwing an orb at the winston wouldnt help since he would’ve gotten killed either way since both genji and zarya were attacking him and the healing orb doesnt heal quick enough to save them.
