This guy is the best cook I've ever seen. Recipes so simple and so good. Just learned about him the other day. WHY???? So far we tried his Baked Trout with Mediterranean Veg recipe with fish I caught locally here in FL. Truly the best way we've ever had fish ever. OMG These vids are hypnotic.
