Genshin Impact 4.8 is coming soon and the FULL Banners have been revealed featuring Kaveh, Ningguang and Kirara. So should you pull for Nilou or Navia or should you skip this one?
In this Banner Overview we are going to take a closer look at the 4 Star Characters, explain if they are good with Navia and Nilou and we will also go over the Weapon Banner and see which weapons are wort it and whcih are not.

As someone who wants to get Navia C0R1, already has Nilou with no signature weapon, a Kaveh C3 that I want to C6 for collection purposes and one copy of Xiphos’ Moonlight that I want to get refinements for, these banners fit my account like a glove

Navia is actually rlly good to have since there is not alot of enemies that are immune to geo except for geo slimes and geo hypostasis tell me if i missed something. Also, navia is a really fun,high damage,has ALOT of teams and doesnt need certain reactions except for crystalize. So you can play aggravate navia with yae,fischl,baizhu/nahida,and navia since navia only needs crystalize and electro can do that. Her weapons are the payed for ones but you can get the tidal shadow which is not bad on her. And you dont need mono geo like alot of the other geo characters. And if you pull ningguang while pulling for navia you can get geo bonus,shields,can run her with navia and can apply more geo for more crystalize. And yes you can run her a healer and still be rlly good but zhongli is more prefered for her if you cant dodge. Sorry for all the yapping

Nilou is only good with bloom and her c2 makes her worth more. But I would say Navia has more satisfying playstyle and in some cases have better teams options as she is not dependent on more than geo character, her burst is enough even with base er. And she can one shot enemies with Furina Benny team.

My rating how worth pulling the characters in 4.8 if you are f2p Navia 8/10 : she is a pretty good dps, she's not restrictive when it comes to team comps, and she also works as a sub-dps, but since she's a main dps character you have to grind a bit hard to get good artifacts and her f2p weapon choices are pretty bad Nilou 7/10 : very easy to build, very low maintenance, and she works even with lvl 1 talents and at c0 but has a very restrictive teams comps as she only works in bloom teams, she could work with vape teams at c2 but thats not very f2p friendly, if you have nahida she's an 8/10 or 9/10 but she already has a good f2p team with barbara, dendro trav, and collei so if you build these characters already then she can be very worth it Yelan 10/10 : she's a very cracked unit with her being a flexible unit that can works with most teams, also very easy to build, just slap some emblem on her with hp substats and er, and she has the best hydro application. Definitely worth pulling her especially if you missed furina's banner or lost the 50/50 and if you also dont have xingqiu, and very good in exploration. A very op unit would highly recommend Emilie 7/10 : imo a pretty solid unit, she's a good dendro applicator, easy to build, and not picky in weapons, but her worth is really based on how you can utilize the burning reaction, although she can work with bloom, aggravate, hyperbloom, etc. you really need a pyro character to maximize her damage output. That makes her sort of restrictive, I can see her shining in reverse melt, reverse vape, and burgeon. But since she still not out yet we still might not know for sure how good she really is. I advise that we wait for the whales to give their review about emilie before pulling for her so that we cam have a full insight on how good she really would be NOTE: dont let this rating or any other opinions dictate on who you should pull and who you should not, you guys should pull for the characters you adore or the playstyle you like, if you like emilie then you should pull for her, if you like bloom teams then you should pull for nilou.

It depends whether your alhaitham is decent without electro (if he is good enough to be “above-decent” or above without electro, then you can place him there with no hesitation, but if he is decent, then it would be fine)

Navia seems good at taking out geo shields of the newer enemies (the boss and the domain with the 4 stone centaur things). She alone seemed to take the shields out faster than Itto + Gorou. Idk, might be something to experiment with.

Only used 30 pulls on Navia's banner as I was on 50/50 with 0 pity. All I wanted was 2 more Kirara cons so that the event would provide C6 but the initial 10 gave an off banner Yunjin. Then I struck gold with Keqing at 12 pity accompanied by Kirara & Kaveh followed shortly by another Kirara in the next set. So that's it for this banner, I walk away with C5 Keqing, C5 (soon C6) Kirara & C1 Kaveh who will never see the light of day. Addendum : for reasons I can't explain I threw caution to the wind & risked a 10 pull on the weapon banner with 0 pity, guess my Navia is happy with her new Verdict...

I'm super torn, i just got Furina and she's great but she's also sucking all of my life away, so maybe i should go for Nilou because Dendro reactions are my jam, but whenever i've trialed Navia she's been really cool, i haven't really used Geo the entire time i've been playing but swapping out smashing Geo and getting those shields makes you really survivable. I've been saving up for ages for Shenhe who hasn't come around on a banner in forever, the preview for the next banner doesn't include her either so i don't mind going for Navia or Nilou, i just don't know which... or should i go for both, i have 34k primogem.

Even though I don't really need to watch this since I have a strong account and I make whatever character I like using, no matter how bad or good they are, work, it's always good to get input on vids like this in case I missed something which in this case is Kaveh. I already have Navia and her weapon and leveled them both up quick. I also have Nilou, but not her weapon. I barely use Nilou. I used Kaveh once way back on his first banner release and that was it. Hearing about his uses and flaws is good advice.

I have both Navia and Nilou (from past banners) and they're both really fun. One downside for Nilou - her best numbers are pretty premium. I snagged both weapons and Key is a major improvement for those BigBlooms. I have Nahida and am considering pulling Kokomi just for driving the bloom team... The play is so fun though enemies just go pop. Navia is more ftp friendly, you just need 2 off field element applicators and a geo support. I use Ningguang built as a healer for that spot.

@@qurti5949 I'm using Nahida, Nilou, Baizhu/Kirara, with Barbara driving holding Flower of Paradise Lost. Kok would be a huge improvement over Barbara but the rest of it is quite smooth. I had tried for awhile having Kirara hold FofPL and drive but you don't make blooms fast enough and you can't guarantee whose blooms they are that way. Dendro also eats up the hydro aura on enemies faster than hydro does applied to dendro. Nahida is king here though. Kirara works just fine for shielding so if you get Nahida her application alone is totally enough. Collei + DMC should be getting you a good amount of dendro applied, and with Kokomi driving - that should work. Baizhu is good because he buffs the blooms, Yaoyao works if you have HP problems. If you're able to get Nahida down the line - I can't recommend her enough and not just for nilou blooms.

@@qurti5949 I don't have Yelan but she's a fabulous subdps that can be slotted into a lot of teams, my friend uses her with both Wanderer and Navia. I use Yoimiya for overload with Chevruse, Bennett and Raiden, but it mostly works because Raiden's skill can apply so much electro. Chev buff is insane if the party is entirely pyro & electro. But I would think Yelan with Yoi would be fun for sure.

As a late game player I stopped caring about the 4*s on banner a while ago now it’s just pull for the 5* and the 4* are for extra star glitter. And tbh the 5* on banner are amazing and the key is regarded as broken for many characters like Furina vape etc.

Rust is not irrelevant. It's great a great budget piece on Yoimiya, machine gun Fischl, and Tartaglia. Even as an auto stat stick it's alright. So that's 2 more character's than Navia's weapon can cover and probably a half a dozen functional teams that could include her. Show respect.

As a new player i am mostly concerned with obtaining waifus as there is no way in hell i am getting them properly geared right now. If i get them i get them but if not then too bad. Not too heavily invested aside from my main team i have right now as most of them are focused on buffing the traveler as she is my strongest character i have at the moment. Mainly thanks to the sword of descension. At least until i get a better weapon. Which i did get a 5 star weapon recently but i haven't leveled it yet. Forgot its name but i think its Jean's sword if i am not mistaken.

My suggestion. Focus on meta first or staple units so you can start clearing Abyss and Theater to give you a reasonable amount of primos for your "waifus". Also consider using interactive map for chest hunting and quests if you hadn't already. You can get a lot of primos from it. As someone who started 8 or so months ago I was able to hoard a bunch and C3 Furina comfortably as my first limited 5 star.

At 9:00, I'm unsure if Raiden is the only character who would want the Dragon's Bane, as it is generally a really good weapon for Hu Tao. Xiangling could also benefit from it if "The Catch" is already on another character, for example Raiden. It's still a somewhat bad weapon banner with the Bell literally being useless, somewhat the same for the Eye of Perception, and Rust only really wants to be used by either Childe or Yoimiya. And Xiphos' Moonlight sounds really good until you bring into consideration that Iron Sting gives the same amount of EM whilst increasing overall Damage. Nilou is better in aoe especially with nahida but navia’s single target with her skill is better

@@jakobsliman1179 yet navia works with ever element except dendro and anemo and gains crystallized shards instantly and does a lot of damage, and her skill is very similar to sethos since if two enemies or more are closer they also get impacted by the attack and it penetrates to the next enemy behind them

@@botatoes True, from an f2p standpoint, navia is a better pull due to her versatility Nilou is only good in her niche team unless you have c6 where she gains tons of damage buffs, plus you have to have a healer even if you’re good at dodging because the blooms inflict damage on your character limiting her team options even more but both characters are pretty low investment. With good usage of navia’s skill, as you explained, she can overcome the fact that her burst is her main source of aoe damage reinforcing the fact that she’s probably the better option, I guess I have to agree with you even though I am a Nilou enjoyer.
