Genshin Impact Character Personality Tier List

This tier list is purely based on my own biased opinion. Some of these characters that I rank lower on the scale are actually quite popular, but for me personally, I don't like their personalities. I loved making this list and I plan on making another tier list in the future!
I'd love to hear everyone else's opinions in the comment section! Which characters would you argue their case for?

Raiden: Literally builds up her personality off screen like "I'm evil. I don't care about people's desires. Oh people's desires, now it's difficult. Okay, now I'm absolutely different and good" And Amy got stuck in D tier list!? lol this tier is so just personal opinion... (What mean it's trash)
