I think you are underestimating Baizhu and Yun Jin's abilities in cooking. Baizhu, for one thing, is a doctor in _Chinese medicine_ . Doctors like him need to brew their medicine by hand, so he's good at boiling stuff, which translates to cooking. He cooks most of the meals we have at the pharmacy. On the other hand, I agree with @MeIsBigFan on how he'd probably try to make the food healthier by his standards. Yun Jin knows how to make delicious snacks, she even sent some out on her birthday mail! So I don't think she would burn or mess up something as simple as a shake, she'd know how to make it.

I think Beidou could be a manager. She is a captain with management experience. People follow her and she isn't afraid to jump in and manage the work flow, do inventory and reports. She doesn't want to do everything but no manager does. She would wind up being a manager where she wanted to or not. The employees on her shift would love her. She might be a little inebriated at times but I've known quite a few managers that were on something from time to time. Upper management just pretends not to see it because they don't want to loose a good employee they can't replace and people like her too much to say anything. O_o No yeah 100% manager vibes.

I added a "Makes the place suck less" tier and put Zhongli, Kokomi, Itto, Beidou, Baizhu, and Navia in it. They're the workers who don't really stand out in terms of performance but they make the shift McTolerable by being cool, kind, funny, or sweet. They're mostly there for team morale and not really doing much for the customers. The team loves them & Wriothesley's glad they're there, because it's less work for him. Also Chongyun, Freminet, and Mika are hiding in the walk-in freezer.
