for sure! I think it's the one of the best 4 star books for her (and certainly the best if you're f2p) because of it's high base atk and how easily you can keep the effect up.

@@riceburger5756 hmm hard to say! i think sacred winds is great but solar pearl is already really good. if you don't already have a good weapon for another main dps (maybe on another half on abyss) then perhaps prioritising a weapon for them would be better. personally i was really glad to get sacred winds myself on the weapon banner since I already had the BP claymore for diluc.
