not exactly, you can check xiaomi 15 video from this guy's video of testing genshin impact that the power indeed pulling 4.8-4.9watts at first but after he teleported to outside world the power fluctuate between 4,7-7watts even hit 10w short time. so, vivi is here actually good since it's fluctuate the power between 3-5watts mostly while not dropping FPS unless you at loading screen or teleporting

I did that, you can check my Xiaomi 15 vid. Yes, the Vivo is cooler, not only here, overall. The thermal magement is not so liberal as the one used on the Xiaomi 15.

@@VelianSpeaksTech Ok, but that is if the game requires almost all of the available power. How about if Genshin as it seems use about 70% of what we have? Maybe then 9400 is more efficient? And maybe that is more important than what it is at full power where all phones throttle anyways. Genshin seems to be the perfect game to test efficiency at 2/3 of the available power.

@@user-ij8no5zw6u- It doesn't, the Xiaomi uses almost the same avg W and even gets 59FPS on AVG, so it`s a close run, but still Xiaomi 15 tinny bit better. This myth with the efficiency doesn't prove so much in real world so far.
