I kinda remember Ayaka used to have this move during the beta, where she made a diagonal cut down right after finishing her springting animation. And, just an idea, analyze the similarities between characters that are somehow related also sounds interesting (like this theory about Hu Tao and Xingqiu movements being part of a same combat style or the Diluc and Razor being students of Varka, also the fact that Ayaka and Thoma probably practice together, or Ayaka and Ayato when he comes out)

And about Lumine and Aether while one slashing right side and upper side, the other slashing left side and lower side, showing they always protecting each other while they still travel together

@@althea7181 Fr, it leaves you in awe when you watch them side by side, they literally leave no opening to the enemy. They even cover each other with their other aspects: Lumine's hair is shor on the back, long in the front, total opposite of Aether. Aether wears black, Lumine wears white. Heck, even in their constellations Aether has Lumine's sword and Lumine has Aether's.

This is not a criticism at all, but you can really tell the difference between his more martial arts approach and how eulas is more graceful. I’m in dance, and I can see the difference in how his aerial was compared to some of the dancers I work with. It’s really cool lol, seeing how different peoples takes on one move can be

Along those same lines, now that Yunjin has actually been released and you can see her elemental skill from whatever in-game angle you want, I have to say as a person who actually did martial arts (not tricking) that her butterfly kick was kind of really poor form. It's low to the ground, her torso is at the wrong angle relative to the ground, it's not very floaty, etc. Beijing WuShu team would be embarrassed. This guy's brother does a better one than the Genshin character does.

Awesome work guys. 9:41 That shot of Zhongli where he's pointing his spear down & the camera is looking up is one of those impossible shots that can only be done virtually: the camera would have to be buried into the ground to get that exact framing.

These are great visual references and cool to learn about (especially as an artist/animator)! Great content. If you guys keep making these kinds of videos, I definitely suggest replaying your finalized demonstrations twice-either consecutively or a second time after the breakdowns. The moves are fast paced and can be hard to process your admiral effort the first time in detail. That aside, great job!!

More power ^^ Physics wise on Xingqui's E skill, it seemed like the momentum the lead to the jump was not the a froce coming from the standing foot to the ground but rather from his other feet the twisted him, I thought originally it's the sword but his feet goes up first before the swords and just analyzing it? The momeveng doesn't make sense physics wise because the direction of the force or momentum from his twisting foot went from circular path to upward which lifted his body off, that sudden direction change is not very normal.
