It's mobile game yes it can handle it in fact Zelda breath of the wild is way more intensive then genshin. Not really, free standard 5 star isn't really that good if your a veteran, the story isn't anything special. The artifact editor makes you wait 4 versions to create 1 artifact which won't be even guaranteed to roll good substats.
