He is a Mihoyo content creator. They have to lie to you, so you waste money on a character that might actually be complete garbage. In fact, going off HSR early leak contract agreement, these guys have to have their videos reviewed by mihoyo, and can't say anything bad about the character before its upload.

As much as I would love to pull for her, the bad artifacts rolls and not-yet-invested characters has finally caught up to me to the point where it is a hassle to keep up with very limited resources. I don't even remember getting a REALLY GOOD gladiator pieces over the years. Then again, I don't really "need" new characters but I need new powercreeps to help offset my problems.

Just use two piece hunter set two piece attack or 2 piece witch or 2 piece em 2 piece 2 piece builds are barely behind gladiator 4 piece set gladiator is most likely will not be your best set when she releases because of substat quality If you like arlecchino and want to invest into her just farm her set and until then just use any different combinations of 2 piece set I myself will farm her set until the release of natlan because i already have have top 500 builds on akasha for my Neuvillette and Wriothesley and furina and i don't get any upgrades anymore so the new domain is great for me to farm for a new character

That's a Generic bar that was set in place for Snapdragon 855 and hasn't been updated since We're on 8Gen3 and the GPU has had a massive 300% improvement and the CPU just for context jumped from 2.7k multi core on Geekbench to 7K multi core We've come a long way and there's no reason to show Overclocked anymore, it's just Genshin being stingy and not showing actual load

Also not every guide mentions these weapons. For a lot of people by the time they realize it, they only have the weapons at r1/2 or they don't have them at all.

Something to keep in mind is you may not want to burst every rotation, as it drops your overall DPS due to clearing your BoL. Even with it reseting your skill cool down, by ignoring it you can build higher and higher stacks of BoL, so her burst is more of a panic button like barbaras burst.

New characters are not new content. The problem here is the combat system in Genshin just doesn't have enough mechanics to make her playstyle (or all the characters for that matter) enjoyable aside from elemental reactions, ICD and eye-frames. Lyney has honestly been the biggest surprise for me in this game. After getting him in my quest for Lynette, I was initially bummed because I’m not a fan of charged attack gameplay. But his burst damage potential is amazing. He’s become one of my favorite DPS units and he’s always my highest hitter in abyss.

Tbh, I am more wondering how the two healing artifact sets (Clam set and the 4.3 set) work with Arlechino if she can't be healed. Normally, these artifact sets don't require actual healing (as they take overhealing into account), but we are not dealing with overhealing. We deal with a character that can't be healed. So would she be the first character that makes these artifact sets completely useless since the artifacts measure the amount of healing that has been done to either generate damage or buffs?

The only way those healing artifact sets wont be completely useless is if you use both Furina and Arlecchino together. The whole team will lose hp over time, self heal with Arle and use the third slot for jean or xianyun. Oh wow, hoyo doing completely f2p unfriendly teams again, what a surprise.

The term global could give the impression that releases are location based, where the there are some locations in the world, such as China servers, that have content released sooner. The one thing I've always disliked about genshin is the ridiculously over-complicated Powers they set up for some characters. It's just really ridiculous if you have to explain an ability using a paragraph or two is insanity. Honestly, they over explain everything in the game The paragraphs of text for the Clam set? You can literally say All healing the team gains is stored in a bubble, the bubble can store upto 30k healing, and the bubble bursts in 3s (I think), and deals 90% of the healing stored as damage to enemies

I don't think you guys understand the bond of life mechanics and her passive. She CANT get healed under any circumstances inside combat, except her burst. You can play Benny and C6 Zhong and any healer with her and not mess up her damage.

I would love if Chevreuse was featured in Arlecchino's banner. I didn't spend any wishes on her first banner (Navia, I think?) and there's no way I'll ever use Bennett, so... Having more options for pyro characters would be nice! It's part of why despite me liking Lyney as a character, I hate playing him because he feels SO restricted unless you live in Bennett's stupid circle. Honestly, I just hope at some point Genshin introduces more pyro buffers/healers. Chevreuse is cool but in most cases she seems, at best, a sidegrade to Bennett, and at worst, attached to him at the hip (like literally EVERY other attack scaling unit in Genshin...)

Yeah... if you hate Bennett you're not going to have a good time in this game, so get used to it. He's "unpowercreepable" unless hoyo wants to completely throw away the already thin balance they got so far. Can heal, can buff, can pyro infusion, 2 sec cooldown skill and can main dps if you build him that way. Pyro archon has it real tough. P.S: Chevrolet is more comparable to Kazuha, since she gives elemental shred like vv does. And yes, she's slightly better than Kazuha so you can use him in the other team instead.

I don't like how brokenly overpowered Bennett is, on top of not liking his voice, design, or just about anything about the character. I legit do not know how they intend to make the pyro archon superior to him without some truly busted scaling on her abilities or new artifact sets that rely on something the pyro archon can enable (think Furina enabling Marachausse Hunter with HP drain, etc). As far as "other team" is concerned, I never really bother with Abyss. I frankly hate the Abyss and to this day have never 36-starred it, because it's just NOT fun to me.

arlecchino feels like a solution to some 'mistakes' they made with hu tao 1. she can setup vv by herself by leaving a mark bf starting her combo unlike hu tao who needs another unit do it for her 2. when arlecchino say she doesnt want to heal she means it. while hu tao always wants to be under 50% hp but she can still be healed however hu tao is still superior than arlecchino at slaying bosses. bc she is more consistent in vape than arlecchino. plus, arlecchino is even more fragile than her due to being a atk scaler and cant be accidentally healed by her allies for example xingqius rain swords. both are frontloaded dps but arlecchino dmg falls off the more she attacks but thats not the case with hu tao imo, she is just as good as hu tao if speedrunning is not ur highest priority

4.6 tbh looks. . . .just bad man, Arlecchino is the one and only thing worth looking forward to. Also this will piss off alot of Arle simps BUT she is a copy/paste Hu Tao with changes. Keep in mind the "with changes" cuz that's important. Hu Tao And Arle points: -uses skill to apply a buff to herself and her CA(So does Arle but in a bit of a workaround way but in principle is the same but not for CA instead for NA mostly, CA still used tho). -mainly deals the dmg using CA/NA after using skill. -mainly self sustains themselves healing with their burst. -Hu Tao sacrifices HP for dmg,Arle sacrifices "future HP" or basically incoming healing for dmg. Arle is straight up a copy/paste of Hu Tao in concept. That being said it is a copy/paste with changes so they are not literally a one to one copy and to me they are both different enough to probably feel rlly different to play. Yelan and Xinqiu for exemple feel way way more similar to eachother so MHY does a good job at "recycling" kits without them being too similar or feel too similar.

Not with a shielder like Zhongli or Thoma. We already got good pyro DPS characters, even Xianling a completly free character. Her gameplay looks cool ,but her biggest problem is team building. She doesn't fit in any specific team. And she doesn't preform better ,than other pyro characters. I am skiping her ,because I got Lyney for my Pyro team. I got a feeling that the Cholrinde could turn out to be really good ,especialy because she is electro and we dont have that many good electro main DPS.

I had like 30 Fragile resin saved up for Navia's BIS set when she was released but the RNG Gods had blessed me so much with that domain that I can't thank them enough.... Yelan is totally xingqiu, and just like Liney and Ganyu share their main focused source of damage. Hutao and arlechino don't. Arlechino is more like Childe than Hutao. Both uses na spam to do dmg with aoe. Or even Noelle, as both can leave the field while infused without problems.

There are no "caviats" in her playstyle and abilities in my opinion, we're just waiting for a Bond of Life applying support in the near future, most likely 5* again. And it'll make her a monster with that new relic set and her signature. I'm starting to think it's a new HoYo marketing plan. Release a restricted character, and then release a support who brokes them. And players' purses. We've been seeing it for half a year in Star Rail (DHIL + Sparkle, Jing Yuan + Sparkle, now it's said there will be a suppor for Acheron, also Robin is coming with some said buffs for follow-up attack team and also most likely being highly dependant on energy generation she'll be getting from follow-up attack teams and so on), now it's probably coming to Genshin. And it sucks since usually synergy give a huge preformance buff. It's not like "pull characters you like and make a variety of team comps with them", now it's more like "oh you like this character and you want this character? Well, now live in fear we'll release a support for them while you'll be on 0 crystals haha. Also yeah, you might not like that support as a character but they'll be so valuable you'll be forced to pull lol". I hope I'm wrong and Bond of Life will be a common gameplay feature in the future with a lot of 4* options buuut... mark my words, Bond of Life support is coming soon and the first one won't be a 4*. P. S.: I wonder how it'll feel like beating/killing (I mean. some animations show fatui members retreating but some of them most likely indicate death ragdoll) Arlecchino's operatives who also apply Bond of Life basically buffing Arlecchino. Idk what people expected. They're not going to powercreep Hu Tao until Natlan, especially not with some glupshitto Harbinger. If she was one of the first three people would be right to demand she be exceptional in any way, but she isn't, she's the last of the mid-tier harbingers and I don't even mean that as an insult, I am merely stating a fact. (Top 3 harbingers are literally God tier, 4-7 are mid, 8-11 are low-ranking.) Neuvillette is OP af because he is the dragon sovereign of Fontaine and basically an Archon. Also Fontaine is hydro nation so it makes sense to have Hydro be meta-defining, that's why healers and units like him and Furina are so OP rn. Arlecchino is not hydro and she is coming before a nation that is all about Pyro. She isn't going to be made to be another Hu Tao when the original Hu Tao already gives Hoyo headaches with how broken she is. If they made Arlecchino broken they would have to make Natlan characters even more broken or else the entire nation gets ruined, since there would be no point in pulling for Natlan pyro DPS if you have Arlecchino, like Kazuha and Neuvillette have monopolised their elements (more so Kazuha, with hydro DPS there is Childe but Neuvillette is undeniably broken even in the AQ lmao.) If anything, it speaks volumes to how good HU TAO is that even years after her release, whatever pyro DPS that comes out gets compared to her. It happened with Lyney too, but Arlecchino is basically glorified Yoimiya. Getting treated like it too considering everyone pulled for Neuvillette/Kazuha (more value) or is saving for a Furina rerun (me) to get her, her cons or weapon. (Furina doesn't have a ton of F2P weapon options that aren't gatekept by an event that released ages ago and isn't replayable. Fleuve Cendre is decent but she wants her signature or FD, it's a cope weapon, not like Ei/Catch situation where Catch is comfy and you get EL purely for aesthetics or because you want to minmax her and you main her enough where it is justified investment.) Arlecchino is similar to Furina and Nilou in that they want their weapons, but she deviates from them in that Furina and Nilou are actually valuable and bring a TON of use to your team. Nilou is OP af with her blooms, even if at the cost of very restrictive teams, and Furina is a godly unit. If you have primos and don't have Furina or her weapon/cons, you'd be stupid to go for Arlecchino, and DEFINITELY stupid to go for Arlecchino's weapon, which no one can even use aside from her and doesn't have the animation on any other character. Never seen more of a scam banner in my life, in both characters ans weapons. Lyney at least can use F2P/4* bows comfy, and is a pretty good DPS despite me not liking his design either. Neither of them are must-pulls unless you like the characters. As for Scaramouche and Baizhu, that's jusr disappointing, especially Baizhu, what are they even doing with that? Bro JUST had a rerun, I think they are doing it to stick him onto that chronicled wish scam banner and free space for future units/runs because he's so bad. I can't think of any other explanation for why he would be rerun so quickly especially without him even being part of any story or event in the patch. Wanderer is horrendous unit, should have died in Sumeru and we should've gotten Dottore tbh. I'm excited for the story and to learn more about Lyney/Lynette/Freminet, as well as for Remuria and returning to SUMERU. ❤❤❤ That's about it. I am curious about Arlecchino's past but she is just such a horrendous character as a person, I can't see why anyone would like her. The whole "daddy" thing the twitter Stans have is also creepy. The only Daddy in this game is Dottore. 💖✨💖✨ (Maybe Neuvillette and Zhongli, but not really, Dottore mogs everyone else.) And we should have gotten him instead of glupshitto harbinger #42. I would even be more excited for Marionette, who seems pretty interesting, Arlecchino is just boring, cruel (people give Dottore flak for Collei but he SAVED HER, she would have died without his treatment and even Tighnari concedes that, he also mostly experimented on adults [the Manhua is not entirely canonical to the game, and that Dottore clearly isn't the same as our Dottore, he was a Segment and they don't even act the same at all, they have very different personalities with webttore being chaotic and less intelligent than Zandik and most of the in-game segments we've seen), and has a shitty design. Honestly, Hoyo's biggest mistake is teasing with characters everyone wants like Dottore and Dainsleif, but then releasing these absolute dogsh*r characters no one asked for out of nowhere. Normally, I wouldn't complain but after a completely dead patch, it's really just a slap in the face. The events are shitty too, idk what they're doing over there but I really want them to do better, this is Genshin, not Animal Crossing or some visual novel game. Hopefully Natlan like Inazuma before it brings combat back into the equation, because the casuals that "get anxiety" from playing an EASY GAME (especially compared to HSR) are ruining the experience for those of us who have been here longer, and they bring nothing but drama and useless complaints (complaining about rewards and things being difficult, characters not all being brown in a region that if they knew anything about geography they'd realise has MANY different skin tones, not everyone in Central Asia is dark brown [I have Lebanese ancestry and my grandma had green eyes/was milky pale with dark hair, which is not uncommon, those Twitter creeps just fetishise dark skin], etc.) It's taken me three years to complain about something in Genshin, and it's been that because some people are too 'challenged' to explore places unless things are in journo difficulty for them, they have dumbed down content and even enemies in the OW, to the point it's boring as fuck to explore now and underwater is a torture where you don't even use the characters you've built but have shitty "abilities" based on sea animals with predetermined damage, which makes fighting things underwater a PITA. And most of Fontaine is underwater..... Chenyu Vale is like 90% puzzles and 10% treasure hoarders even my Amber can beat too. It's sad to see the game become what it is now, and these ugly design characters like Arlecchino, who are even worse people, get released. At least Dottore is working towards a noble goal, Arlecchino just trauma-dumps on the orphans who are CHILDREN, is fake-nice, and is generally just lame. Even aesthetically, the boss version of her is a million times better, but we get this boring version that is so ugly. If I wanted to play a game with ugly characters I'd play a Western game, which is what these people complaining about Sumeru and Natlan should do! They are ruining everything that was cool about Genshin, and I really hope we don't get any more ugly designs with predatory kits like Arlecchino. (Very p2w, with useless weapon that is a bad investment to anyone who isn't a whale. I think making her mid was correct on Hoyo's part, but she should have viable F2P options that aren't a 3* weapon, that's inexcusable for a DPS. And her signature weapon should be able to work on other characters, if not optimally, but the passive only works on her. Completely a waste of primogems if you can just give her Deathmatch/SoH [if you're gonna pull/pay anyway] and save your pulls for better weapons. Same with Scaramouche and Baizhu catalysts, garbage weapons that don't work on anyone else. I am guessing a Furina rerun is coming soon because both this and 4.5 have been disappointing patches (for anyone who doesn't already have Neuv/Kazuha or doesn't want them, I don't want them but I can't deny they have insane utility and are OP, regardless of whether I like them or not. The same cannot be said for Arlecchino, Lyney, Scaramouche, or Baizhu, though Baizhu as a healer has the most utility of the above, there are better healers that work on Nilou teams like Kokomi though... He's not Qiqi bad but just mid, I guess. Nothing to be excited about unless you like him. Also weird to run considering Arlecchino can't be healed by anyone, so why aside from sticking him on the new reject banner....) Dead patch banner-wise for me, though I guess it's a good thing considering HSR has insane units coming out and I don't have time to invest in both so I'll be breaking from Genshin hyperinvestment until Furina rerun. Looking forward to the Dottore voice lines though, that's the *only* value Arlecchino has.
