So all the Bohemian Rhapsody references include: - His name: Scaramouche - His mother/creator: Ei aka Beelzebub (as in Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me) - His Collected Miscellany is called "Any Way the Wind Blows", one of the closing lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody. - He's not a fan of dango (come on now), as in "Scaramouche, will you do the fandango?" - In his character teaser, Ashes, he literally says "I wish I had never been born at all". A direct reference to the lyric that says "I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all". There's probably more but this is all off the top off my head. Hoyoverse knew exactly what they were doing.

Yeah, but she mentions it's her job, so she could also work for a descender or is just otherwise very knowledgeable about everything. We know she travels worlds (idols etc.) but she could have developed that ability on Teyvat and it allows her to practically be a descender even though she's not originally one and therefore not classed as an alien/Descender. It's possible of course, but I doubt she's the Primordial One or The Second Who Came (as I presume one of them has died and the other is the leader/god/king of the Abyss). She could be the third, but that feels weird to me too.

I think we can list the 4 descenders 1 : Heavenly Principle 2 : Istaroth (even if she is a Phanes shade) 3 : Alice 4 : Traveler Why Phanes and the three other shades aren't here ? Because the Descender is a group of people that the Fatui discovered, but since Heavenly Principle (which is probably "The Second who came") doesn't want people in Teyvat to knows about the truth of Teyvat (forbidden knowledge) and created the Substainer (Asmoday/Unknown God) to destroy every people who know the truth

Someone somewhere in Hoyo must've been a really die hard fan of the song Bohemian Rhapsody, so much so they based a character out of it. Whoever that is, give them the ultimate reward. The Wanderer is such an intriguing complex character, kudos to you Hoyoverse!

It's likely just a matter of convenience. Scaramouche is a name that already exists on the cast of Commedia dell'arte which is the basis for the Fatui Harbingers and so somebody on Hoyo might just have thought to reference Bohemian Rhapsody as well, basically hitting two birds with one stone. They probably didn't create Scara because of their love for Bohemian Rhapsody or something along those lines. His character was probably already created based on what the other Harbingers are based on, Commedia dell'arte. It was likely just a coincidence that Scara's name can also be a convenient reference to the song and so they went with referencing that too. If any other commedia dell'arte characters had a name that can also conveniently reference a popular song from a popular band, then they might have also done the same thing.

To illustrate my point, there's still evidence of Rukkhadevata's existence. Nahida realizes that she has experienced loss before after watching the Remnant of Rukkhadevata in her Character Quest. She likens it to seeing text erased from paper and still seeing the faint remains of what used to be there. If Rukkhadevata didn't exist, this metaphor simply wouldn't work. 3.3's interlude also confirms that this is how Irminsul works.

Alice might not be a descender as she said she has a "special position" that grants her a certain authority which might be her immunity to Irminsul's memory control. Just like Archons were given authority ( Geo=manufacturing of Mora, Dendro=Irminsul management ) There's no doubt that she has knowledge of other worlds but it could be that she originates from Teyvat.
